Job summary

eTeam in Raleigh, NC seeks a Senior Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for complex commercial lending programs. You will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams and support the end-to-end construction loan lifecycle across origination, underwriting, servicing, and payoff.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in Business Analysis, 5+ years in Commercial Lending, strong SQL skills, and experience with LOS and loan servicing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in financial services.
• 5+ years in Commercial Lending domain.
• Strong knowledge of construction loans, CRE lending, LOS, loan servicing.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Support end-to-end construction loan lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, approval, servicing, and payoff.
• Analyze loan draw processes, inspections, disbursements, covenant tracking, and project monitoring requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and business rules.
• Support UAT, defect management, and production implementation activities.
• Collaborate with lenders, credit teams, risk management, operations, and technology teams.

Required Skills

• 8 years of Business Analysis experience.
• 5 years of Commercial Lending domain experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
