Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC in Raleigh seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology in commercial lending projects.

You will gather requirements, analyze data, support the full loan lifecycle from origination to payoff, and collaborate with lenders, risk, and operations to drive modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 5+ years of Commercial Lending domain experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction loans, CRE lending, LOS, loan servicing, draw management & disbursements, credit analysis & underwriting, covenant monitoring, risk & regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end construction loan lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, approval, servicing, and payoff.
• Analyze loan draw processes, inspections, disbursements, covenant tracking, and project monitoring requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and business rules.
