Job summary

CRG is seeking a Business Analyst for a multi-year ERP upgrade project in Charlotte, NC. The role requires documenting business requirements across sectors, aligning with S/4HANA capabilities, and collaborating with Agile teams to define features and acceptance criteria.

The position is hybrid, based in Charlotte, and requires strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills to drive successful implementation and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of Business Analysis experience in software development, ERP implementation, or digital product enhancement environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as FI, SD, MM, IM, EWM, AM, AP, AR, CO, or PCA; exposure to SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• At least 1 year of practical experience on Agile projects or within Agile teams (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and commitment to high-quality outcomes.
• Proven analytical and critical thinking abilities and proactive problem-solving.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Adept at building relationships and influencing stakeholders on business solutions.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with Miro and Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (<5%) to support project initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, developers, and vendors to elicit and document current and future-state processes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define features with detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop a deep understanding of business domains and facilitate cross-functional decisions.
• Contribute to backlog refinement by breaking features into user stories and tasks.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps and communicate them proactively.
• Translate needs into testable user stories and tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
• Model future-state processes aligned with S/4HANA capabilities and best practices.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and transformation goals.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track progress of milestones.
• Support post-implementation feedback and system enhancements with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute test cases; support end-to-end testing across integrated systems.
• Evaluate outputs for defects and adherence to quality standards.
