Job summary
Technogen, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with strong Life Sciences and Pharma domain experience, specializing in Salesforce and Veeva CRM. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver CRM solutions that improve commercial operations.
The role is 100% remote with the option to work from PST, a long-term engagement requiring excellent documentation, BRDs, user stories, and agile/UAT experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Life Sciences/Pharma industry.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Veeva CRM.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
- Experience creating BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Knowledge of Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, or Medical Affairs processes.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and UAT.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements from business and technology teams.
- Analyze business processes and propose CRM solutions.
- Document specifications, BRDs, and user stories for delivery.
- Collaborate with QA/UAT teams to validate solutions in Salesforce/Veeva.
