Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks an experienced Lead/Senior Business Analyst to join its Banking & Payments practice and drive digital transformation for major financial institutions.

You will partner with client product, technology and compliance teams to define end-to-end requirements, lead discovery, create BRD/FRD, user stories and test plans, and mentor a team of BAs. Strong experience with AI-assisted analysis and PCI DSS/regulatory standards is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business analysis with senior/lead experience.
• Experience on digital transformation in banking/payments/fintech.
• Experience documenting integrations with core banking, card or payment platforms.
• Hands-on with AI tools in analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements elicitation across business and technology streams.
• Produce core BA artifacts: BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, acceptance criteria, RTM.
• Translate objectives into functional/non-functional requirements for design/engineering.
• Lead UAT planning, test case review and client sign-off.
