Sierra, based in San Francisco, seeks a senior performance marketing leader to build and scale our B2B acquisition engine. You will own paid search and paid social end‑to‑end, set strategy, target accounts, and drive measurable pipeline and ROI across channels.

You will manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets, collaborate with Sales and Marketing ops, and use forecasting and attribution to optimize performance in a fast‑growing AI environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of B2B performance marketing experience with hands‑on ownership of paid search and paid social across major platforms.
• Proven success owning pipeline and budgets, maximizing ROAS and connecting spend to revenue.
• Strong strategic and executional abilities for targeting, messaging, and campaign structure.
• Data‑driven operator who tests, analyzes, and optimizes campaigns continuously.
• Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth AI marketing environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Sierra's performance marketing by defining and executing paid search and paid social strategy.
• Own pipeline, budgets, quarterly targets, and multi‑million‑dollar ad budgets with data‑driven forecasting and ROAS optimization.
• Lead strategy for targeting, messaging, competitive positioning, and high‑performing ad copy and creative.
• Drive rapid experimentation across audiences, creative, channels, and tactics; double down on effective initiatives.
• Leverage AI to automate marketing workflows, increasing speed, scale, and reach beyond traditional methods.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Marketing/Revenue Ops, and Product Marketing to align on accounts, messaging, data, and attribution.
