Qualifications

• 7–10 years of SEO experience driving organic growth for B2B and technical audiences.
• Deep technical SEO expertise including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and page performance.
• Strong content strategy and editorial judgment for enterprise buyers, leveraging AI to scale.
• Data-driven mindset; translate SEO data into actionable business insights.
• Self-starter in high-growth environments, building scalable SEO from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Sierra's SEO strategy to capture top rankings across traditional search engines and AI answer engines, driving organic growth.
• Build and scale an AI-powered content engine attracting enterprise buyers and supporting demand gen.
• Optimize website performance and authority, owning technical SEO, site architecture, and backlink strategy.
• Lead Sierra's AI search strategy (AEO/GEO) across Google and LLMs, adapting to evolving search behavior.
• Measure SEO impact and optimize investments based on rankings, traffic, leads, and pipeline.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Campaigns, and web teams to ship assets and implement changes.
