Job summary

Sierra, based in San Francisco, is seeking a senior SEO leader to define and execute our SEO strategy for a global, AI-driven platform. You will own the AI-powered content engine, scale content production, and partner with Product Marketing, Campaigns, and the web team to ship changes that improve rankings and generate pipeline.

You will leverage deep technical SEO, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive enterprise-focused growth and sustainable organic visibility.

Qualifications

7-10 years of SEO experience for B2B/technical audiences.
Deep technical SEO expertise, including site architecture, crawlability and schema markup.
Strong content strategy and editorial judgment to scale with AI.

Responsibilities

Define and execute Sierra's SEO strategy to capture top rankings across traditional and AI answer engines.
Build and scale an AI-powered content engine to attract enterprise buyers and support demand gen.
Own technical SEO, site architecture, page speed, internal linking, and external backlink strategy.
Lead Sierra's AI search strategy (AEO/GEO) and adapt to evolving search behavior.
Measure SEO impact with data to drive pipeline and investments.
