Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Data-driven with ability to translate insights into actions.
• Clear communication of insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Paid Search execution across the U.S. and Canada.
• Manage performance, budget, and efficiency for a multi-million dollar spend.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external platforms (Google, Microsoft).
• Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations for cross-functional partners.
