Job summary

81 & Sunny in Sarasota, FL and beyond seeks a Senior Paid Media Manager to own a portfolio of established B2B lead-gen accounts end to end — strategy, campaign builds, optimization, reporting, and the client relationship.

You'll manage roughly $150K/month across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic display, and you'll be the day-to-day lead your clients trust to explain what's happening in their accounts and what we're doing about it.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
• 3+ years managing B2B lead-gen accounts.
• Deep Google Ads expertise with LinkedIn/Meta/Microsoft Ads.
• Strong client-relationship experience and account ownership.
• Analytical depth with Looker Studio and GA4.
• GA4, conversion tracking and UTM hygiene; CRM data flow to HubSpot/Salesforce.
• Autonomous, proactive, and quick to ramp on new accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bonus: certifications and ABM platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of client accounts — strategic and day-to-day lead for a set of B2B accounts totaling $150K/month.
• Lead weekly/biweekly performance calls, monthly reporting, and QBRs with clear recommendations.
• Build and launch new campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft, and programmatic channels.
• Own end-to-end optimization: bidding, keyword/audience strategy, creatives, A/B testing, budget pacing.
• Analyze performance and surface insights in Looker Studio, GA4, and platform reports.
• Explain attribution and discuss performance with clients alongside the technical team.
• Develop media plans and budgets aligned to client goals and testing roadmaps.
• Occasionally coach a junior specialist; stay ahead of platform changes.
