Job summary

Solvi Digital, a UK-based B2B digital marketing agency, seeks a senior, self-sufficient paid media specialist based in South Africa to own Google Ads and Meta Ads for our UK client portfolio.

You will craft long-term strategies, manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and work with the design team on landing pages, while delivering insight-led reports and leveraging Claude for data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media management — Google Ads essential; Meta and LinkedIn ads required.
• Proven track record in UK-based B2B lead generation campaigns.
• Solid cold email experience including setup and deliverability monitoring.
• Experience with Instantly or comparable outreach platform.
• Ability to develop cold email strategy at scale with personalized angles.
• Strong reporting skills and data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage B2B lead gen campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn for UK clients.
• Own full campaign strategy: keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy, bids, optimization.
• Build Meta funnels with Instant Form campaigns focused on lead quality over volume.
• Advise clients on approach given budget; provide consulting beyond execution.
• Collaborate with design on landing page positioning and offer structure.
• Set up automated lead notifications via Zapier or Make.
• Produce insight-led reports; translate data into strategy using Claude and other tools.
• Manage a small number of LinkedIn and Meta accounts.
• Monitor campaigns daily and act quickly when issues arise.
