Connect Social is hiring a senior Paid Media Buyer to own a book of ecommerce accounts on Meta and Google. The role is fully remote worldwide and requires 40+ hours per week, including occasional weekend work for launches.

You will lead strategy, build campaigns, optimize performance, and deliver month-end results with a data-driven approach. Strong English, deep platform experience, and proven scalability are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years buying media specifically for e-commerce/DTC.
• Deep, hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Able to work 40+ hours/week including weekends when needed.
• Experience managing large ad spends (e.g., $5M+ lifetime or $200K+/month).
• Strong business math: ROAS, MER, CAC, AOV, LTV.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of e-commerce accounts on Meta and Google: strategy, build, launch, optimization, and monthly results.
• Plan budgets across platforms aligned to blended targets.
• Create briefs and guide the creative team based on data.
• Maintain measurement integrity with server-side tracking and CAPI.
• Provide client-facing reporting and explain performance to founders.
• Diagnose underperforming accounts with evidence-driven viewpoints.
