Job summary

Dentology is expanding into the US and is seeking a senior, hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to own paid media for UK and US clients. You will manage Meta accounts, shape creative scripts, and launch Google Ads as a second channel.

You will engage directly with practice owners in performance discussions and eventually lead the growing team. You will influence creative direction, optimize CAC/ROAS, and build out nurture campaigns to scale across markets.

Qualifications

• Meta Ads expertise with local lead gen; past spend ranges including up to £40k/mo and proven CAC/ROAS.
• Google Ads experience with self-managed campaigns.
• Strong ability to interpret numbers and defend decisions.
• Comfort presenting performance to practice owners.
• Hands-on operator who can grow the function.
• Nice-to-have: dental/healthcare exposure, US market exposure, email and SMS nurture, and leading other media buyers.

Responsibilities

• Meta accounts, hands-on management across UK and US practices.
• Creative direction and scripting for direct-response ads.
• Google Ads campaigns and channel expansion.
• Client-facing discussions in performance conversations.
• Landing pages and funnels input; marketing insights.
• Build out B2B ads for Dentology.
• Develop reactivation and nurture campaigns over time.
