Lumen is seeking a senior media strategist to lead our paid media strategy across Google Search, Display, YouTube, LinkedIn, and ABM platforms. You will own a seven-figure annual budget, align audiences and messaging, and ensure cross-channel coordination for maximum pipeline impact.

You will partner with Creative, Marketing Operations, and Analytics to drive measurable outcomes, manage budget pacing, and provide senior leadership with actionable insights and investment scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related area.
• 8+ years of experience buying B2B paid media with direct account ownership.
• Experience managing seven-figure annual media budgets and pacing decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with platform reporting, BI dashboards, or CRM data.

Responsabilités

• Set the enterprise approach for paid search, paid social and ABM media.
• Own the seven-figure annual media portfolio across Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and more.
• Coordinate audiences, targeting, frequency and budget across platforms.
• Make pacing decisions and reallocate budget across campaigns and tactics.
• Diagnose complex performance or measurement issues affecting campaigns.
• Advise senior marketing on media effectiveness and investment scenarios.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve media performance and measurement.
