Job summary

Lumen is seeking a senior media strategy leader to own enterprise paid search, paid social, and ABM across multiple channels. You will manage a seven-figure annual budget and coordinate with Creative, Marketing Operations, and Analytics to improve media effectiveness.

The role requires 8+ years in B2B paid media, strong analytics, and experience with ABM platforms. A remote-friendly, location-based compensation approach is noted, with Colorado-specific ranges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related area.
• 8+ years of experience buying B2B paid media with direct account ownership in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Demandbase or ABM platform experience required.
• Experience managing seven-figure annual media budgets with pacing decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain performance drivers.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise approach for paid search, paid social and ABM media.
• Own seven-figure annual media portfolio across Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Integrate audiences, targeting, messaging, and budget allocation across platforms.
• Make independent pacing and reallocation decisions; balance short-term signals with downstream evidence.
• Diagnose and resolve high‑complexity performance or measurement issues.
• Advise senior marketing on media effectiveness and investment scenarios.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve media effectiveness and measurement.
• Establish governance for account structure, taxonomy, and keyword hygiene.
