Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with an enterprise client in the United States to hire a Senior Services Engineer (B2Bi/CFT). The role focuses on reliability, security, and performance of enterprise integration platforms, with hands-on production support, platform administration, and incident management.

You will manage complex integration environments, support partner connectivity, and lead disaster recovery and continuous service improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B integration or middleware operations.
• Experience in production support for critical integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Axway products and enterprise security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for production and non-production integration platforms.
• Lead major incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Design and support B2B and MFT integrations and partner onboarding.
• Administer enterprise integration, gateway, and monitoring platforms.
• Manage security components, certificates, and key material.
• Plan and validate disaster recovery and high-availability tests.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and monitoring enhancements.
• Document runbooks, controls, and audit evidence.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams during incidents and releases.
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold service management best practices.
