Job summary

Axway is seeking a Senior Services Engineer (B2Bi/CFT) to join our team in a production-focused role overseeing enterprise B2B integration, MFT, and operational reliability. You will work across L2/L3 RUN support, incident management, and platform administration to ensure mission-critical services run at scale.

Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise B2B integration or middleware operations.
Experience with incident, change, and major incident management.
Strong customer-facing communication and cross-team collaboration.
Experience with disaster recovery, HA, and incident post-mortems.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 RUN support for production and non-production platforms.
Lead critical incident restoration and post-incident reviews.
Design, deploy, and test B2B and MFT integrations.
Administer and secure enterprise integration platforms and certificates.
Drive DR, HA, and automation improvements.
Engage with customers and stakeholders during incidents and changes.
