Job summary

Hedepy is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to grow our Polish client base and drive online therapy adoption across teams. This fully remote position collaborates with our Poland leadership and regional B2B crew, leveraging AI to optimize the sales process and shorten cycles.

You will own the journey from first hello to signed contract, targeting Polish companies with 50–10,000 employees, and you’ll be part of a fast-growing, AI-forward team with a global footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales with end-to-end deal closure.
• Ability to engage HR directors, operations leaders and boards.
• Excellent phone presence and presentation skills.
• Warm, authentic communication and relationship focus.
• Daily use of AI tools to improve selling processes.
• Polish native and English at B2+ level.

Responsibilities

• Find new clients via outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and convert leads to meetings.
• Lead discovery calls, presentations and negotiations with HR and leaders.
• Create tailored proposals and advance them to close.
• Handle contracts and assist with RFPs and tenders.
• Experiment with AI to improve the sales process and share learnings with the team.
