Job summary

MasterBorn is seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst to drive SaaS product direction for clients in the USA. You will translate business goals into roadmaps, manage backlogs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, fluent English and Polish (C1), and ability to lead workshops with US-based clients. Fully remote with Polish time zone flexibility and long-term collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Product Owner/Business Analyst of a SaaS product or servicing clients building SaaS products
• Experience working in Agile projects
• Strong ability to visualize ideas in real time for clients
• Excellent work structuring and communication to align roadmaps and decisions
• Experience collaborating with US-based English-speaking clients
• Experience in writing requirements and communicating them to development team
• Ability to run workshops with clients using various techniques
• Solid business and product thinking to understand client goals and market context

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted product partner translating business goals into product direction and priorities
• Understand client business models and success metrics to guide the team
• Participate in discovery and delivery stages of product implementation
• Manage product roadmap and backlog linking decisions to measurable outcomes
• Prepare clear requirements for the team and ensure timely delivery
• Explain technical aspects and negotiate scope with clients
• Facilitate client decisions and resolve ambiguities
• Lead cross-functional scrum teams of 4–12 people
• Provide proactive feedback and identify opportunities and risks
• Collaborate with clients and senior stakeholders to optimize product outcomes
