Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. in Houston, TX, seeks a senior Product Manager to own the B2B wholesale storefront and account portal, translating trade needs into platform requirements and delivering scalable eCommerce improvements.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations to align pricing, terms, and multi-location dealer structures, and manage integrations with JDE/D365 for order-to-cash processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in B2B eCommerce.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, or related field.
• Experience with enterprise B2B platforms and ERP-integrated pricing/inventory.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Ability to manage complex pricing, contracts, and multi-location dealer accounts.
• Data-driven with KPI experience; proficient in Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the B2B wholesale storefront and account portal.
• Define pricing, quote-to-order workflows, net terms, and parent/child account structures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance to translate wholesale rules into platform requirements.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce Commerce B2B and ERP systems (JDE/D365).
• Establish KPIs and monitor adoption, order accuracy, and performance metrics.
• Develop PRDs and user stories; facilitate backlog grooming with engineering teams.
• Partner with UX for bulk reorder, saved carts, and punchout catalogs.
• Onboard new customers/channels, including distributor and M&A integrations.
