Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. in Houston, TX seeks a senior Product Manager for B2B eCommerce. You will own the product roadmap for the wholesale storefront and account portal, balancing trade-customer needs with pricing, terms, and multi-location structures.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, and Engineering to translate complex business rules into actionable platform requirements, define PRDs, and guide agile delivery with Jira and Boomi integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science required.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the B2B wholesale storefront and account portal.
• Define and prioritize features for pricing, quote-to-order, net terms, and account structures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to translate business rules into platform requirements.
• Manage Salesforce B2B and ERP integrations (JDE/D365) for order-to-cash and pricing sync.
• Establish KPIs and monitor platform performance.
• Lead backlog grooming and sprint planning with engineering teams.
• Partner with UX for bulk reorder and punchout catalog patterns.
• Support onboarding of new customers and channels.
• Present roadmaps and performance to senior stakeholders.
