Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Digital & Social Media Manager to lead external content and social media efforts. You will translate business priorities and customer insights into compelling digital experiences that drive demand and strengthen sales effectiveness.

The role owns content strategy, website content, and performance across key channels. You will collaborate with executives, sales, and subject matter experts to identify ideas, capture insights, and develop credible thought

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications Journalism Digital Media Business or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
5 years of experience in digital content, social media content marketing, digital marketing or external communications; B2B experience strongly preferred.
Exceptional writing, editing, interviewing and creative storytelling skills with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to make technical topics engaging.
Ability to manage B2B social media and digital content programs across multiple channels and audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute external social media strategy focusing on LinkedIn and B2B platforms.
Own the editorial calendar aligning content with campaigns, product launches, trade shows and customer stories.
Manage website content, SEO and HubSpot assets; optimize landing pages, forms and campaigns.
Measure performance, report insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content results.
