Talentify is seeking a Senior Collections Specialist in Alpharetta, GA. You will manage a high-volume portfolio of commercial accounts, drive resolution of complex receivables, and support the finance team with advanced reporting and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business-to-business (commercial) collections experience.
• Experience managing large portfolios, including enterprise-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~100–125 B2B accounts with large balances.
• Collaborate with cash application and internal teams to resolve payment issues.
• Research accounts to identify discrepancies and variances.
• Generate monthly reconciliation reports for account status and variances.
• Update complex Excel reports daily for management visibility.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with accounts payable management.
