Creator Authority, a Billion Dollar Boy company, is a LinkedIn-first creator marketing agency for B2B brands. We hire a Senior Account Manager to oversee day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of B2B client accounts, owning campaigns from brief to report and ensuring on-time delivery.

You will mentor junior team members and keep leadership informed of risks and opportunities. You will manage relationships with software and AI brands, lead end-to-end campaigns, and drive post-campaign analysis

Qualifications

• 4+ years in account management at an agency or brand with end-to-end creator or social campaign experience.
• Strong B2B or LinkedIn experience preferred.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple clients and campaigns without dropping details.
• Confident negotiator with working knowledge of creator contracts, usage and exclusivity.
• Strong writer and communicator; able to clearly present insights.
• Self-starter who thrives in a small, fast-growing team.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of B2B brands, typically software and AI companies.
• Build trusted relationships with mid and senior level clients; manage expectations, flag risks and recommend solutions.
• Learn each client’s business, buyers and competitors well enough to bring ideas, not just updates.
• Lead client reporting and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Run campaigns end to end: creator identification and casting, outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content review, publishing and reporting.
• Cast creators credible to a professional audience: operators, founders, executives and practitioners.
• Write clear creator briefs with all mandatories and get client and legal sign-off.
• Review content against brief, brand guidelines and disclosure rules; manage revisions with creators.
• Own content calendars and timelines; plan for delays before they happen.
• Build post-campaign reports with accurate data, analysis and recommendations.
• Manage campaign budgets, creator fees and reconciliation.
• Make sure creator contracts and costs are approved before work starts.
• Keep trackers, contracts and Companion current.
• Mentor account executives and support their development.
• Manage upward: keep leadership aware of status, risks and performance.
