Job summary

Billion Dollar Boy, a NYC-based influencer marketing agency, is seeking an Account Manager to drive influencer campaigns for a growing US client roster. You will own outreach, manage communications with influencers and clients, and oversee content creation to meet brand objectives.

You will lead influencer partnerships, advise on content strategy, and mentor junior team members while ensuring campaigns run on brief, on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Ideal Candidate Requirements: 3–4 years in account management, preferably in an agency setting with a focus on influencer marketing and social media.
• Knowledgeable of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, and emerging social media platforms.
• Strong interest and knowledge of influencer marketing and latest influencer trends.
• Highly organized, detail oriented and analytical thinker with a creative edge.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior staff and/or interns.

Responsibilities

• Owns influencer outreach as well as the management of all communication with current influencers.
• Act as the day to day contact with clients, creative partners and internal agency partners.
• Identify ways to involve influencers in trending content and establish long-term partnerships.
• Contribute in ideating with creative teams and clients.
• Plan and execute strategic campaigns on brief, on time and on budget.
• Manage the financial aspects of the account.
• Contract all influencer agreements.
• Quality control of all creative content.
• Manage content distribution strategy (Content calendar).
• Mentor day-to-day activities of junior account management staff.
