Job summary

Billion Dollar Boy is seeking a Project Manager to drive end-to-end influencer and creator marketing campaigns, from brief to delivery. You’ll coordinate across Client Services, Strategy, Creative and external partners, maintaining timelines, budgets and quality, and managing risks to meet client objectives.

Based in New York, you’ll work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, ensuring clear communication and sustained progress.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience within a marketing, creative, social or integrated agency environment.
• Experience delivering influencer, creator, or social-first marketing campaigns is a plus.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery and managing multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of influencer, creator, and social marketing campaigns.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and success measures to support effective project execution.
• Coordinate collaboration across Client Services, Strategy, Creative, A&I, Paid Media, Production, and external partners to keep work aligned and moving forward.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, escalating issues and supporting the implementation of solutions as needed.
• Coordinate project kick-offs, timelines, milestones, and resource planning.
• Support the development of project scopes, delivery plans, and workflows in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Track project execution and deliverables to ensure work meets quality expectations and client objectives.
• Coordinate project reviews, approvals, and key milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project workflows and task tracking, helping teams stay organized and delivery remain on schedule.
• Monitor project progress, flag risks and blockers, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues or elevate as needed.
• Track project budgets, spend, burn rates, and reconciliations in partnership with Client Services.
