Job summary

Glass America, part of The Boyd Group, is seeking an Account Manager in Cleveland, OH to drive outside sales and grow our customer base. You will leverage company tools to plan routes, build a strong book of business, and deliver outstanding service to clients in the auto glass sector.

Qualified candidates have 4+ years in selling business services, a proven record of meeting objectives, and strong organizational skills, with bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years selling business services.
• Proven track record of exceeding financial objectives and KPIs.
• Experience in account management, marketing, outside sales and/or B2B sales.
• Auto Glass, Restoration or Insurance knowledge preferred.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Glass America tools and software to create daily routes and target lists.
• Track account metrics to meet financial goals and operational objectives.
• Identify accounts that will be a part of your outside sales activities for a sales cycle.
• Establish long lasting relationships to build, develop and expand your book of business.
• Deliver world class customer service everyday.
