Priority Waste Resources LLC is seeking a Senior Account Representative to drive new commercial business in the Holland, MI area. The role involves prospecting, cold-calling, B2B field sales, and regular travel to client sites to grow partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has extensive outside sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in sales and service industry with a concentration on outside sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the designated territory using a reliable, personal vehicle.
• Experience with issue resolution, negotiating and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development & Prospecting: Research new business opportunities using LinkedIn, Google, and industry tools to identify potential customers and project opportunities.
• Account Management for Major Clients: Manage high‑value accounts such as universities, large commercial organizations, and multi‑site customers.
• Follow‑Ups & Pipeline Management: Maintain follow-ups on proposals, site visits, and open opportunities to keep deals moving forward.
• Customer Service & Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers and build strong relationships within existing accounts.
