Job summary

JCS Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Multi-Cloud Engineer SME to support DoD cloud modernization initiatives at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will design, engineer, implement, and sustain secure Azure cloud solutions in classified environments, with a strong emphasis on hybrid cloud and enterprise identity management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 12–15 years of relevant experience (or Master with 10–13 years).
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• 5+ years designing and implementing Microsoft Azure enterprise cloud solutions.
• Experience architecting hybrid Azure environments with on-prem to cloud integration.
• Experience with Entra ID, Entra Connect, AD, hybrid identity, and E-ICAM solutions.
• Experience with Entra ID Governance capabilities including Access Reviews, Entitlement Management, and PAM.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, engineer, and implement secure Azure cloud solutions for DoD requirements.
• Design green-field Azure environments and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Implement and maintain enterprise hybrid identity solutions.
• Engineer PAM, access control, and Zero Trust controls.
• Define Azure Landing Zones, governance, and subscription structures.
• Create IaC using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Configure secure networking and monitoring, backup, and DR capabilities.
• Support ATO activities and RMF/ STIG compliance.
• Produce architecture docs and technical guides.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, networks, and applications teams.
