Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Sr Microsoft Engineer - Azure/Intune for a remote US role. You will design and support enterprise Microsoft environments, including Azure, Intune, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and related technologies.

The role emphasizes secure, scalable infrastructure and cloud modernization to advance the organization’s IT agenda. You will lead design and deployment, manage identity and access, and drive on-call incident response while mentoring junior staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure administration.
• Experience administering Intune and Endpoint Manager.
• Expertise with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server.
• PowerShell scripting and automation knowledge.
• Strong networking, security, and identity management understanding.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
• Manage Azure VMs, VNets, Storage, Azure AD, and security services.
• Monitor cloud resources for performance, availability, and cost.
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Administer Intune and Endpoint Manager environments.
• Configure device compliance policies, profiles, and app deployments.
• Manage Windows Autopilot provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Ensure endpoint security and patch management.
• Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Assist with audits and security assessments.
• Troubleshoot user access and collaboration issues.
• On-call support and incident response; mentor junior staff.
