Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft enterprise environments.
• Hands-on Azure administration experience.
• Experience with Intune and Endpoint Manager.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server.
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong networking, security, and identity management knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Azure Administrator AZ-104 (preferred).
• MD-102 (preferred).
• MS-102 (preferred).
• AZ-305 (preferred).
• Experience with Defender/Sentinel; virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
• Administer and monitor Azure resources for performance, security, and cost.
• Manage Intune and Endpoint Manager environments and device policies.
• Maintain Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
• Implement security with Defender, Sentinel, and Zero Trust.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and incident response.
• Mentor junior IT staff and collaborate with teams.
