Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 5+ years in supporting Microsoft enterprise environments.
• Hands-on Azure administration and services experience.
• Experience with Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Security-focused with Defender/Sentinel familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
• Manage Azure VMs, VNets, Storage, and Azure AD; ensure security.
• Monitor resources for performance, cost, and availability; optimize.
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Administer and support Intune/Endpoint Manager environments.
• Configure device compliance policies and deployment of profiles/apps.
• Manage Windows Autopilot provisioning and lifecycle.
• Ensure endpoint security, patching, and compliance.
• Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Troubleshoot identity/access using Entra ID and CA/MFA.
