Job summary

Additiv in Indonesia is seeking a senior CloudOps Engineer to operate and improve Azure production services for APAC environments. The role focuses on APAC business hours, coordinating incident resolution with SL2 and the European CloudOps team, and supporting go-lives and hypercare across regions.

You will implement infrastructure as code, automate tasks, monitor health, and maintain documentation while ensuring reliable, secure deployments and efficient incident response across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on CloudOps/DevOps experience with ownership of operational tasks
• Experience operating production workloads on Microsoft Azure
• Experience with AKS/Kubernetes, Azure networking, Front Door/WAF, API Management, Azure SQL, storage, Key Vault, Monitor and Log Analytics
• Incident management, production troubleshooting, change control and release support
• IaC and automation with Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, PowerShell, Bash or Python
• Ability to interpret monitoring and telemetry data to investigate service degradation
• Experience with .NET, ASP.NET, Web Services, SQL, RabbitMQ, Redis
• Strong documentation and communication across time zones and teams; fluent English
• Risk-aware approach to production changes and automation mindset
• APAC-hours coverage

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain Azure production environments during APAC business hours
• Support customer go-lives, production releases and hypercare, including deployment validation and rollback readiness
• Monitor service health, capacity, availability and alerts; investigate incidents and coordinate resolution with SL2 and cross-border teams
• Support Azure platform components such as AKS, networking, Front Door/WAF, API Management, databases, storage and Key Vault
• Implement approved infrastructure and configuration changes per procedures
• Contribute to root-cause analysis and improvements for production reliability
• Improve operations through scripting, infrastructure as code and automation
• Maintain accurate documentation for production environments and configurations
• Contribute to observability and alerting improvements using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana and OpenTelemetry where applicable
