Job summary

Tenable is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to drive the technical depth and strategic impact of our AWS GTM partnership. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of partner engineering, co-sell execution, and AWS ecosystem strategy, serving as the primary technical voice for the AWS alliance.

You will enable Tenable field SEs and AWS SAs globally, shape joint architectures, and advance go-to-market motions with AWS while positioning Tenable’s exposure management platform

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Partner Engineering, or Technical Alliances.
• Deep AWS expertise across compute, networking, identity, security services, and marketplace mechanics.
• Experience working within or alongside a cloud provider’s partner ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong project management skills — multiple workstreams with milestones and accountability.
• Strong communicator capable of tailoring technical depth to diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort leveraging AI tools to accelerate enablement, documentation, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce pipeline workflows and partner relationship management tooling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tenable’s primary technical liaison to AWS — building and maintaining relationships with AWS Partner SAs and TAMs.
• Own and lead the AWS technical enablement plan — deliver structured enablement programs for Tenable field SEs and AWS customer-facing SAs.
• Drive AWS competency applications, design wins, technical validation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Apply program management discipline across partnership workstreams, milestones, and executive reporting.
• Support and advance the AWS Marketplace and co-sell motion with field teams.
• Produce executive-facing reporting and synthesize partnership activity across various data sources.
• Collaborate with field marketing on AWS-focused demand generation and joint events.
• Develop and maintain technical assets: architecture diagrams, integration guides, and demos.
