Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a hands-on, senior technical leader in Scottsdale with extensive FinTech software experience. You will partner with product management to shape roadmaps, own architectural design, and mentor multiple teams across the engineering organization.

The role emphasizes cloud, containerization, CI/CD, automated testing, and secure, scalable software. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required to drive change and align stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field.
• Fifteen or more years of experience designing and developing complex software with at least eight years in FinTech.
• 1–2 years of cloud/ containerization/ CI/CD experience with automated testing and security guidelines.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product management to align strategy and roadmaps.
• Serve as a technical expert and mentor for the team.
• Own technical design and architecture for products and services.
• Create presentations for groups and engage with customers to refine needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and architecture to shape approaches.
• Develop and drive a departmental technical vision and roadmap.
