Job summary

UST is seeking an AWS Infrastructure Lead to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS. You will lead cloud migrations, enforce standards, and build reusable IaC modules, ensuring high availability and automated deployment pipelines. Role located in Chicago with hybrid work arrangements.

Ideal candidates will have strong IaC, networking, DevOps, and security expertise, plus experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing, and managing scalable AWS infrastructure.
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in networking, VPNs, DNS, and security controls.
• Hands-on DevOps practices, automated CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade AWS infrastructure.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives, ensuring high availability.
• Define and enforce AWS infrastructure standards, security controls, and best practices.
• Develop infrastructure modules/templates and automated deployment pipelines.
