We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborativeAWS Engineerto join our team in building a new platform to process new members forThrivent. This role involves a mix of hands-on coding, solution design, and close teamwork in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Participate indaily Scrum meetingsandstand-upsto ensure alignment and progress.
• Spend approximately65% of your time coding hands-on, primarily inPython.
• Design and implementAWS Lambda functionsusing Python.
• Collaborate closely with the team toideate and create greenfield solutionsfor new platform capabilities.
• Contribute tosolution designmore extensively than initially scoped, helping shape the architecture and approach.
• Work tightly with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Develop innovativesolutions and approachesto meet business and technical needs.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Building anew platformto support onboarding and processing of new members at Thrivent.
• Engaging ingreenfield developmentand solution ideation.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range:$80-90/hr W2.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
