Innova Solutions is hiring a Sr. AWS Engineer with Python.
Position Type:Full-time, contract
Duration:6+ months
Location:100% Remote. Ideally CST/EST time zones!
***Sr. AWS Engineer with AWS, ETL, Python, Lambda, and SDLC experience.
***Code up to 70% of time.
***Lots of design work.
***Will be using Lambda functions in Python when working with AWS.
***15+ years experience
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborativeAWS Engineerto join our team in building a new platform to process new members forThrivent. This role involves a mix of hands-on coding, solution design, and close teamwork in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate indaily Scrum meetingsandstand-upsto ensure alignment and progress.
- Spend approximately65% of your time coding hands-on, primarily inPython.
- Design and implementAWS Lambda functionsusing Python.
- Collaborate closely with the team toideate and create greenfield solutionsfor new platform capabilities.
- Contribute tosolution designmore extensively than initially scoped, helping shape the architecture and approach.
- Work tightly with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Develop innovativesolutions and approachesto meet business and technical needs.

What You’ll Be Working On:
- Building anew platformto support onboarding and processing of new members at Thrivent.
- Engaging ingreenfield developmentand solution ideation.
- Helping define and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure backend services.
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range:$80-90/hr W2.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
