We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborativeAWS Engineerto join our team in building a new platform to process new members forThrivent. This role involves a mix of hands-on coding, solution design, and close teamwork in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Participate indaily Scrum meetingsandstand-upsto ensure alignment and progress.
Spend approximately65% of your time coding hands-on, primarily inPython.
Design and implementAWS Lambda functionsusing Python.
Collaborate closely with the team toideate and create greenfield solutionsfor new platform capabilities.
Contribute tosolution designmore extensively than initially scoped, helping shape the architecture and approach.
Work tightly with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Develop innovativesolutions and approachesto meet business and technical needs.

What You’ll Be Working On:

Building anew platformto support onboarding and processing of new members at Thrivent.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range:$80-90/hr W2.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
