Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in DevSecOps, cloud security, and platform automation.
• Hands-on AWS implementation, configuration, or operations.
• Experience with Agile delivery and stakeholder translation.
• AWS Architect/DevOps/Security certifications or equivalents.
• Experience with federal government IT environments or regulated delivery.
• Knowledge of security, auditability, data protection, and documentation expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design and sustain AWS capabilities using AWS services, Terraform, Packer, Vault, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve CI/CD, IaC, container operations, monitoring, and secure deployment automation.
• Translate mission and security requirements into technical solutions.
• Support platform architecture, backlog refinement, release readiness, and production transition.
• Develop reusable patterns, standards, automation, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, privacy, data, and operations teams.
• Maintain clear design decisions and operational documentation.
