Job summary

KellyMitchell Group seeks a Security Infrastructure Support SME to architect, deploy, and manage AWS services in hybrid cloud/on-prem environments. You will integrate GovCloud or FedRAMP with on-prem tools for monitoring and compliance, while advancing CI/CD pipelines and IaC workflows.

The role emphasizes DevSecOps practices, security automation, and leadership across Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, and Applications to ensure secure operations and federal reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional preferred or equivalent CSP experience.
• At least one security-related certification: CISSP, CISM, AWS Security Specialty.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage AWS services in hybrid cloud/on-prem environments.
• Integrate GovCloud or FedRAMP with on-prem security tools for monitoring and compliance.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and IaC workflows (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Implement DevSecOps by automating security in build and release processes.
• Manage cloud security operations: monitoring, log ingestion, and compliance reporting.
• Provide cost optimization guidance for AWS, including budgeting and rightsizing.
