Job summary

MatchPoint seeks a Sr. Contact Center Engineer to design, implement, and support advanced Amazon Connect solutions for enterprise and public sector clients.

You will own technical outcomes on complex engagements, architect scalable multi-region solutions, and shape agentic AI deployments across voice and digital channels. You will lead delivery, contribute to internal accelerators, and collaborate with AWS teams to deliver cohesive, production-grade contact center experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing, deploying, and supporting contact center solutions, including 2+ years delivering production Amazon Connect implementations end to end.
• Deep hands-on expertise across AWS: Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch, EventBridge, Step Functions, API Gateway, and Kinesis.
• Demonstrated experience building generative and agentic AI workflows for contact centers using Bedrock, Lex V2, and Nova.
• Experience integrating contact center platforms with CRM/WFM systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics, NICE, Verint, or Calabrio.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Amazon Connect engagements across complex multi-site environments.
• Design and build contact flows, routing profiles, queues, agent workspace configurations.
• Implement and tune features like Contact Lens, Connect Cases, Customer Profiles, Outbound Campaigns, and dashboards.
• Architect omnichannel experiences spanning voice, chat, email, SMS, and WhatsApp within a unified workspace.
• Define infrastructure as code and build CI/CD pipelines across sandbox to production environments.
