Job summary

Accenture is seeking a remote specialist with strong Amazon Connect and AWS Lambda experience to design, implement, and evaluate contact center solutions. You will work independently and within teams to shape architectural decisions and deliver high-quality results.

You will contribute to UI improvements, perform impact analyses, and participate in reviews to ensure alignment with standards, while supporting proposals with solutioning and pricing activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience working with Amazon Connect.
• Minimum 2+ years experience working with AWS Lambda Administration.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in one major contact center platform (AWS, Genesys, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, etc).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define software and hardware requirements to support architectural planning and delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the application's user interface for optimal usability.
• Conduct impact analyses to assess how business requirements affect system architecture.
• Participate in design, code, and test reviews to ensure quality and alignment with architectural standards.
• Provide architecture quality assurance reviews for proposals and ongoing projects.
• Support technology solutioning, estimating, planning, and pricing activities for proposals.
