KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking a Construction Planning & AWP Manager to lead the Owner’s AWP and WorkFace Planning program on a multi-billion-dollar capital project. This role governs integration of engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities to improve field productivity, schedule certainty, and execution.

Competenze

• 20+ years of industrial construction experience.
• 10+ years leading Advanced Work Packaging and WorkFace Planning on major capital projects.
• Demonstrated experience on projects exceeding $500 million TIC; mega-project experience preferred.
• Experience in Owner, EPCM, Program Management, or Construction Management environments.
• Experience managing multiple EPCM contractors and construction contractors simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of AWP, WorkFace Planning, project controls, construction readiness, systems completion, and startup planning.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement the project AWP and WorkFace Planning strategy.
• Establish governance, standards, metrics, and reporting for AWP execution.
• Lead integration of EWPs, CWPs, IWPs, and turnover packages.
• Ensure alignment between engineering deliverables, procurement activities, construction sequencing, and commissioning requirements.
• Lead construction readiness reviews and constraint management processes.
• Monitor contractor compliance with Owner AWP requirements and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with project controls to integrate AWP milestones into project schedules and performance reporting.
• Support modularization, prefabrication, and construction-driven design initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in labor productivity, workface readiness, and schedule performance.
• Provide executive-level reporting and recommendations for project leadership.
• Conduct periodic assurance audits and maturity assessments.
• Measure contractor performance against established AWP key performance indicators.
• Provide regular executive updates to Owner leadership and project steering committees.
