Job summary

Amazon Vendor Services seeks a Senior Consultant to work with senior leaders of top vendors to tackle critical Customer, Product, and Channel eCommerce issues. You will plan and execute engagements, translate data insights into actionable strategies, and collaborate with data scientists to deliver scalable solutions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and executives, guiding projects from framing to delivery, and driving impact across vendor growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields.
• Experience delivering complex, data-driven recommendations to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Insight Commercialization – Translate complex data and ML outputs into clear, actionable business recommendations for vendors.
• Engagement Scoping & Problem Framing – Lead discovery conversations with senior vendor stakeholders to define problem statements, scope deliverables, and success metrics.
• Cross-functional Orchestration – Coordinate across internal Amazon teams to assemble resources for each vendor engagement.
• Strategic Leadership – Lead complex workstreams and deliver executive and board-level presentations.
• Client Partnership – Own client relationships and project outcomes as primary contact.
• Innovation & Development – Collaborate with Product Managers and Data Scientists to enhance tools and frameworks.
