Job summary
LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking an AVP, People Systems and Integrations in Fort Mill, SC. You will lead the design, delivery, and support of Workday integrations and related HR technology, coordinating with HR, IT, Security, and vendors to enable scalable, compliant systems.
You will drive governance, standards, and continuous improvement across the People Technology landscape, partnering with Workday and third-party providers to support mergers, acquisitions, and transformations.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Workday and HR technology ecosystems.
- Experience scoping and overseeing the quality of work performed by others (direct reports or contingent workers).
- Deep knowledge of Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, payroll integrations, XML, XSLT, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, delivery, and support of Workday integrations and data exchanges.
- Own the development and maintenance of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, CCB, RaaS, and API-based integrations.
- Establish integration standards, governance, monitoring, and documentation practices.
- Drive improvements to data quality, system performance, and operational efficiency.
