Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an AVP, People Systems and Integrations to lead the design, delivery, and support of Workday integrations and related HR technology solutions in San Diego. You will supervise specialized contingent workers and serve as the primary technical liaison between HR Systems, IT, Security, and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes governance, data quality, and collaboration across HR, IT, and external vendors to enable seamless HR data flows and successful Workday releases.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday integrations and HR technology ecosystems.
• Ability to scope and manage work performed by direct reports or contingent workers.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Integrations, Studio, EIB, APIs, Core Connectors, PECI and payroll integrations, XML/JSON/REST/SOAP, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, implementation, and support of Workday integrations.
• Lead development and maintenance of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, CCB, RaaS, and API-based integrations.
• Ensure reliable integration between Workday and downstream systems including payroll, benefits, identity management, finance, recruiting, learning, and third-party vendors.
• Establish integration standards, governance, monitoring, and documentation practices.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize data quality, system performance, and operational efficiency.
