Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field; experience in a public educational agency desirable.
• Ability to prevent and resolve conflicts, plan, measure and evaluate programs, supervise staff, analyze and apply laws, rules and regulations, and build consensus.
• Demonstrated sensitivity to and understanding of diverse student, staff, and community backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget development and control; maintain facilities, custodial and grounds, and auxiliary services.
• Coordinate district services and act as liaison to District operations and fiscal services division.
• Lead in the hiring, development, and supervision of assigned personnel and manage staffing and training.
• Plan and evaluate programs and services to ensure alignment with district policies and student success.
