Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors seeks an AVP, Business Line Marketing & Growth to drive growth initiatives across private wealth and institutional clients. You will partner with Business Line Leaders, Sales, and Enablement while managing Marketing Managers to ensure high‑quality execution.

You’ll translate firm priorities into actionable plans, lead enterprise marketing, and oversee channels from events to digital campaigns. A strategic, execution‑driven leader is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including institutional/private client audiences.
• Demonstrated success managing and developing people, preferably managing managers.
• Strong strategic marketing background translating goals into actionable plans.
• Proven execution skills with multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Experience partnering with Sales and Sales Enablement teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and business-line marketing initiatives, including lead generation, campaigns, partnerships, and go-to-market efforts.
• Partner with Sales Enablement to align initiatives with revenue goals and pipelines.
• Set priorities for Marketing Managers and ensure alignment and accountability.
• Develop integrated marketing plans across events, advertising, content, and client communications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to reflect services and operating model in firm messaging.
