Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors seeks an AVP, Business Line Marketing & Growth to drive enterprise-wide growth across private wealth and institutional audiences. • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in financial services or professional services.
• Proven success in managing people, ideally managers in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and business-line marketing initiatives, including lead generation and campaigns.
• Directly manage and develop Marketing Managers with coaching and performance oversight.
• Coordinate with Sales and Sales Enablement to align marketing with revenue goals.
• Oversee integrated go-to-market plans across events, digital campaigns, content, and communications.
• Support both institutional and private client marketing within a cohesive firm narrative.
