Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors is seeking an AVP, Business Line Marketing & Growth to lead integrated marketing strategies across private wealth and institutional audiences. The role partners with Business Line Leaders, Sales, and Sales Enablement to translate priorities into actionable plans, while managing Marketing Managers and delivering measurable growth across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including experience supporting both institutional and private client audiences.
• Demonstrated success managing and developing people, preferably managing managers in a matrixed or enterprise environment.
• Strong strategic marketing background with the ability to translate complex business goals into actionable plans.
• Proven execution skills, with experience leading multiple, concurrent initiatives under tight timelines.
• Experience partnering closely with Sales and Sales Enablement teams.
• High level of comfort working cross‑functionally and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Financial services or professional services experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of enterprise and business-line marketing initiatives.
• Partner with Sales and Sales Enablement to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
• Directly manage and develop Marketing Managers.
• Set priorities and standards across the marketing organization.
• Oversee the development of integrated marketing plans spanning events, sponsorships, advertising, content, digital campaigns, and client communications.
• Collaborate with Wealthspire leadership to align brand standards and messaging.
