• Experience supervising managers or directors in complex organizational settings.
• Proven ability to lead strategic planning, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
• Strong understanding of pedagogy, instructional design, and accessible teaching practices.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with faculty, administrators, and IT stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse audiences.
